Terms and Conditions for the “PetDiary Food Package” Giveaway
1. Organizer
The organizer of the giveaway is

2. Participation period
The giveaway takes place from 01/04/2026 up to and including 31/07/2026 at 23:59. Entries outside this period will not be considered.
3. Eligibility
Natural persons aged 14 and above with residence in the EU are eligible to participate. Persons under 18 may participate only with the consent of their legal guardians.
The following are excluded from participation:
- employees of the organizer
- persons involved in carrying out the giveaway
- their immediate family members
The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the giveaway in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions.
4. Participation
Participation in the giveaway is carried out by registering in the app. Download the app and create your pet profile.
Participation is free of charge. Only possible transmission costs of the internet provider may arise.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
5. Prize
The prize is:
1 of 10 food packages suitable for the winner’s pet, worth €100.
Cash payment, modification or exchange of the prize is excluded.
6. Winner selection and notification
The winner will be determined at random after the end of the giveaway.
The winner will be notified by email at the address provided during participation.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days after the notification has been sent, the organizer reserves the right to draw a new person.
7. Early termination of the giveaway
The organizer reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate the giveaway prematurely at any time without prior notice for good cause.
This applies in particular in the event of:
- technical problems
- manipulation or misuse
- legal reasons
In this case, participants shall have no claims against the organizer.
8. Liability
The organizer is liable only for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
The organizer accepts no liability, to the extent permitted by law, for technical disruptions, internet failures, data loss or other problems related to participation in the giveaway.
9. Data protection
Personal data, such as name and email address, will be collected for participation in the giveaway.
This data will be used exclusively for:
- conducting the giveaway
- determining and notifying the winner
- shipping the prize
Processing takes place in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of the giveaway).
The data will be deleted after completion of the giveaway unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Participants have the right at any time to:
- obtain information about their stored data
- rectification
- deletion
- restriction of processing

10. Independence from platforms
The giveaway is not connected to social networks or platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok etc. and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by them.
The recipient of the information provided by participants is exclusively the organizer.
11. Legal recourse
Legal recourse is excluded.
12. Applicable law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
